1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of cascadeforgewash.com and any services provided by Cascade Forge Wash ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these Terms.

2. Estimates and Scope of Work

Online and verbal estimates are preliminary. A final, written work order signed by both parties governs the scope, price, and timeline of any project. Conditions discovered on site (hidden damage, additional growth, restricted access) may require a written change order before work continues.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide reasonable access to the property, including water and a standard exterior outlet when applicable.
• Close windows and doors, secure pets, and remove fragile items from work areas.
• Disclose known issues with surfaces, paint, sealants, electrical, or landscaping that could affect the work.

4. Workmanship and Limitations

We follow industry best practices and manufacturer guidance for each surface. Some stains, oxidation, weathering, and prior damage cannot be fully removed without restoration work outside the scope of cleaning. We will identify these conditions when we see them and explain the expected result before proceeding.

5. Insurance

Cascade Forge Wash carries general liability insurance. Proof of coverage is available on request for commercial and property-management clients.

6. Payment

Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Residential work is typically due upon completion. Commercial and recurring accounts are invoiced on net terms agreed in writing. Past-due balances may accrue a service charge consistent with Oregon law.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We schedule weather-sensitive work and will reschedule at no cost when conditions are unsafe. Customer-initiated cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment may incur a trip charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Website Use

Content on this site is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not warrant completeness. All trademarks, photos, and copy are the property of Cascade Forge Wash unless otherwise noted.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
